To credit-worthy individuals and businesses, we offer credit accounts subject to our internal review. This review requires that you supply all documents listed below:
Individuals
- Completed Individual Credit Application (download)
- Personal Guarantee
- Letter of reference from your bank
- Letter from your employer verifying employment status and salary
- Full names, addresses, and telephone numbers of your references
Businesses
- Completed Commercial Credit Application (download)
- Personal Guarantee
- Letter of reference from your bank
- Copy of Trade & Business License
- Full names, addresses, and telephone numbers of your references
All account holders must pay accounts in full by the 15th of the month following the date of purchase. We retain the discretionary right to revoke privileges at any time. We hold all information you provide on the Credit Application in strict confidence and use it solely to verify your credit-worthiness, and we never share it with anyone outside our Credit Department.
